Quater Club Bar & Restaurant ("Quater Club", "we") operates quaterclub.com. This policy explains what we collect when you book a table or join Quater Club Rewards, and how we use it.

What we collect

Bookings: name, mobile number, date, time, party size, occasion and any notes you add.

Rewards account: mobile number (used to sign you in with a one-time code), and optionally your name, email and birthday. We also record points earned and redeemed, bill amounts used to calculate points, and your visit history.

Technical: IP address and browser type, used for security and rate-limiting. We do not use advertising trackers. Google Maps embeds on our contact and home pages are served by Google under Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

To hold and manage your booking, to run the rewards programme, to contact you about your booking, and to keep the service secure. With your consent we may send offers by SMS or WhatsApp; you can opt out any time by messaging us.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with providers needed to run the service (SMS delivery, hosting) and where the law requires.

Retention and your rights

Booking records are kept for 24 months; rewards accounts for as long as they are active. You can view and edit your details on the account page, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us; we will do so within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
