Bookings
A booking request is confirmed only when our team marks it confirmed; you can check the status on your account page. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. Please cancel from your account or by contacting us if your plans change. Large parties (10+) may need a deposit, which we will discuss with you.
Age and responsible service
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 and above, as per Uttar Pradesh excise law. We may ask for ID and may refuse service at our discretion.
Quater Club Rewards
Membership is free and tied to your mobile number. Joining credits a one-time welcome bonus. You earn 5 points per ₹100 of your bill (before taxes), credited by our staff when you settle the bill and give your number. Points can be redeemed against a future bill at 1 point = ₹1, in blocks of at least 200 points, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points expire after 12 months without any activity. Tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are based on lifetime points and unlock perks announced from time to time. We may correct points credited in error and may change or end the programme with notice on this page.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who is abusive or unsafe to other guests or staff.
